    WITH THE ROLL OF A DICE


    yeaaasss i'm back! from nowhere exactly but i'm back into the blogging world!
    so much has happened since i last blogged


    quite happy with promo results. i got Bs for all subjects! what are the chances that u get the same grade for all subjects man! but my parents are still not happy. sometimes i really dont know if they will ever be satisfied. maybe they are satisfied but dont wanna show it cos they want me to do better? but hulloo this is jc not primary school where scoring full marks for maths was sucha common thing. i suddenly felt that the few sacrifices i made and effort put in during the exam period was not recognised or unappreciated which left me totally bummed out.


    with that aside everything else has been going marvellous


    i was actually quite glad that i went for the JC1 retreat
    got out more from the camp than i expected
    singing and jumping along with the great band was splendid
    its just like being in a rock concert!
    there were moments that were really touching and stuff like got me reflecting
    confession in like 4 or more years left me tearing
    "be grateful for your family and friends" these words the priest told me struck me how lucky i was and how i never really appreciated what i got
    a friendship was patched and i guess i never really realised how affected i was losing a friend until the retreat
    but alls' good now :)


    so yesterday marked the end of my JC1 life
    it has been a very fulfilling one, a great experience
    orientations,cutting classes in the first 3 months then giving lame excuses like "oh we thot we were having break now" when we got caught, drama practices esp preparing for "just the 2 of us", towning almost everyday after school, doing so badly for midyrs, and then getting worried and working harder before promos, finding ways to escape running round the track during mr liew's pe lessons, trying not to get caught for socks, and rushing to the quadrangle every morning trying to beat the bell, and loads and loads of laughter.


    i cant wait to facil next yr's orientation !


    the video montage shown during the end of the yr ceremony was also really well done..it ended the school year really well.
    36 class flags made in march sewn together to form one big flag was shown to us today. everyone loved it


    met christine to watch ladder 49. 1 word - boring. only the last 5 mins was touching. other than that it was just like about a boring persons life. heard cellular was bad too. the shows showing now suck like hell. met so many ppl at town.. ppl that i havent met in a long time.. weiliang,jeremy,sophia,sylwyn..then we met up with ferly and py to eat at billy bombers. the serving there is so huge that left us feeling all bloated up.


    a fren is in trouble or facing a problem..i dunno what. i think its quite serious but there's nothing i can do and its bugging me for some reason...


    i just agreed to do this drama thingy for my teacher and the performance got pushed up to this thurs day- the day before chinese As. argghh i should not have agreed to it from the start cos now apart from pw meetings and op preparation and chinese to study for i got to go for rehearsals.. ok i'm off to watch along came polly on dvd now!

    first up all of u who received a really weird e mail from me don't open it ok!!!! it will give u a virus i think.. well i got it and the virus sort of sent to everyone on my contact list! so sorrie to those who opened it already!!! a thousand apologies.. well i'm typing this really fast cos my com is gonna shut down anytime soon.. one of the effects of the virus.. these ppl who create viruses are too free is it!!?? anyway my dad will be so pissed if he finds out. we just got the com spring cleaned...


    and the reason i've not been blogging was because of the stupid virus too..
    the com will just shut down after typing half way
    ok so the stuff that has been happening:
    monday : end of promos. met chris and louie pooey for ferly's present shopping. 7 straights hours of shopping congrats louie.
    tuesday: surprise birthday party for ferly. playground @ sennet place. whip cream. swings. wacky snaps. unlit tea lights.
    wednesday: dinner at billy bombers. theme : retro. black and white . me and ferly wearing the exact skirt with a black top ( which was freaky 'cos it was totally telepathic). neo prints.
    thursday: shopping with ferly at town. bought the purple star hand bag - my new love. button earrings.


    phew..done!

    I'M THE EAST-SIDE SECRET ADMIRER


    studied with my xing xing ca fei dian club member - at of course the xing xing ca fei dian( not the marine parade one but the one at siglap cos the starbucks at mp was packed)
    its amazing how i can change such a classy and appealing name to such a cheena and well, not-so-appealing name
    haha for all those who are clueless xing xing ca fei dian= starbucks


    *watching my drink in case it gets spiked (yes felicia these things happen..u should nv take things for granted)
    *my ginger ale tasting like the smell of the dentist
    *playing a prank on mark lim ..see felicia saw him at macs studying so i msged him "i know you are studying at siglap macs ; )" ferly insisted that i add that winking thing..his reply was "who is this?" so i replied "your east side secret admirer..study hard.." and can i say he would be the last person i'll ever play such a prank on any time soon.. his reply was " seriously..haha ok then..thanks" i mean hullo !! dun u want to know who was it! totally not a fun person to prank...
    *ppl reading the da vinci code all around us
    *coming up with wonderful post promo plans for amies
    -movie marathon
    -creating our very own blog
    -bowling at safra
    -checking out serangoon gardens since apparently its all the craze, and we the east siders have no clue what its like
    -ice skating
    -ikea/queensway
    -basketball @ jesmine's
    -i suggested cycling from our respective houses and meeting at a siglap area but i dun think chris would be able to cycle all the way from queesway to siglap rite?
    *gossiping loudly bout the ppl sitting just next to us.. and we dared to do it because..we were separated by glass.. they were inside starbucks while we were outside breathing in the carbon monoxide from the fumes of motor vehicles which has a greater affinity to haemoglobin in the blood than oxygen,thus its continued inhalation will lead to death by lack of oxygen. yep that was biology. and also while we were being passive smokers, taking in 2nd hand cig smoke. delightful studying time i must say.
    *mass sat with a nv been close accquiantance, which made holding hands and saying peace all akward and sweaty and there were alot of "huhs?" and "what?" on my part because i could not decipher most of what he was saying with all that mumbling..he must have thot i was deaf..


    i'm so glad i caught today's england vs wales match
    david beckham scored an incredible goal.. then got injured and yellow-carded..
    i found that rather amusing.. haha like what luck rite.. 1st u score a great goal then u get injured later u get yellow-carded... was laffing to myself while watching it happen
    i also came to a conclusion lampard looks alittle like lee from blue but only with darker hair..i think he looks swelll...michael owen too..
    suddenly football has become so interesting again.. maybe because i havent watched a full match in the longest time
    and what is that red-ish drink all the england players were drinking from their bottles after the game, looked like ribena or maybe it was a performance booster
    if it is a performance booster drink i should haf some before the chem exam..
    but to think logically.. if it was a performance booster drink why were they drinking it only after the game was over?
    arghhh i'm stalling.. so i dun need to study
    i have so got no mood to study i tell you.. i feel as if exams are over for me... well i would be over if i do not give chem my best shot

    AHCHOOS AND BLESS YOUS

    yeaaa promos-the talk of the town is almost over
    well not actually but like almost
    but the arts ppl are far from done although they have been going to school almost everyday for papers


    during the chinese paper.. this particular someone kept sneezing and this other particular person kept saying 'bless you' after every sneeze.. and it was not like once or twice, it went on and on and on and on.. and i am not exaggerating.. and the worst part was that i was caught between the 2 particular people.. i mean is saying "bless you" even allowed.. its communicating isnt it? its like shouting out the answer openly..

    3. Silence must be observed in the examination room/venue.
    the chinese teacher was major suspicious cos she didnt know what was happening and kept looking at the 2nd particular person ..then she saw the pattern and thot nothing of it.. was really funny though to see the look on her face.. she looked so worried and confused

    there are really some wonderful websites in the www world that help you understand certain things better..colourful+animation too!


    stuff that happened during bio:
    * mr chua tapping my table and giving the thumbs up sign and smiling so widely
    hahs felt soo happy after that. i dunno why but its so nice to see him so (: so for the rest of the paper i was smiling at him. i hope he didnt think i was flirting with him or checking him out.
    * me trying to send telepathy waves to ferly who was at the hall ext.. wondering how her paper was going..but it seems that my telepathic waves didnt reach her..i bet there are kryptonite in the walls..(think superman if u didnt get that)


    i would like to state that i am not this lame all the time but because of this feeling of being completely stoned out
    you see.. i came home caught the ashlee simpson show and newly weds on mtv and then decided to take a nap
    and after an hour i woke up feeling even worse than before i slept..
    my head was as heavy as (-insert some heavy metal here-)
    ferly says it is the jinxed 1 hr thing like either sleep more than 1 hr or nap for just 30 mins or something like that.. wonder how true that is..


    my mother is complaining about my obsession for the song "to be with you" by mr big (the olympus cum singapore idol song) which has been playing over and over on my com ..i think its really nice though..

    TO WISH IMPOSSIBLE THINGS


    * victoria secrets showcase in acjc..yes chris and jac?
    * another fun day of lying to naive chrissy who by-the-way is celebrating children's day today..yes, today 2nd oct
    * thanx ferly for the lucky charm..hope it would work :
    * i rock..you stone.. she boulder (ferly's lame joke)
    * god only knows by beach boys playing over and over again
    * luke's growing relationship with julie cooper is yucky (the oc)
    * marissa should just go home and cry to her mother (the oc)
    * nathan's and haley's relationship is sugar schweet (one tree hill)
    * studying makes me feel fat. there are no known theories to prove this though.. it must be the long hours of sitting down on ur ass and the starbucks eating and drinking
    * pearl harbour showing soon.. doesnt this remind u of teresa's bday celebration at pizza hut? (the titanic and pearl harbour theme songs)
    * saved a chicken on friday ( as in a real clucking chicken..i would go into the story but its kinda long winded) i should just quit school and work for SPCA
    * NASTY told me to stop liking and thinking about him (hold on while i go laugh my head off)
    * SPAs are SPASTIC.. its a corrupted way of evaluating students understanding .. we can share informations with friends from other schools and teachers give us major major hints
    * jessea getting kicked out of singapore idol.. what the hell is singapore thinking??!!
    * infatuation with this deep purple colour
    * new stationery shop near my house -cottontree bookshop..what a retarded name rite..oh wells..who cares bout the name of the stationary shop as long it sells great stationery.. popular isnt such a great name either.. but i havent stepped foot into the shop yet..its extremely weird to be the only one in the shop.. oh gosh look at me getting all excited about a stationery shop named cotton tree.. my life is getting pathetic..
    * studying my ass off. i am just dang worried i dun make it to 2t33
    * all i want is to get promoted
    * laughing over the fact that my parents are godparents.. i mean they dont even go to church except for xmas and good friday
    * talking about xmas... I CANT WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS!!!
    * going down to the supermarket to get my strawberry yogurt drink for late night studying
