as promised for amanda tan whom ferly,chrissy and i met on thurs and sat at centrepoint sipping on our each-a-cup bubble tea, chatting bout everything under the sun

from primary school days, deep dark secrets bout chrissy, and inter-jc talk

definitely fun i must say.

more of such simple joys i hope

oh and louie, amanda wants me to tell you to tag her blog and not to be a secret blog reader (if you're reading this that is..)

wed and thurs, the 2 orientation days went by a-ok

one thing i learnt in those 2 days is that sometimes 2 ppl sometimes just cannot click or work together

like for some reason their concept of doing things are totally different from yours

and sometimes it gets frustrating

really looking forward to this tues though when we all go to sentosa!

to avoid bringing embarressment to drama society by doing the whole "wanted man" game thing for cca pasar that we had actually decided on dhanesh and i went to town to come up with a wonderful(compared to the wanted man game) script that we will be performing on mon :)

i'm quite proud of it and some inspiration came from jolynn luo xiao wei she should guest star in the skit man- the original actress of the "i cant act ..i cant act, drama" .. it'll be hilarious!

then there was this whole thing about me spelling halle berry as halle belle... HULLOOOO I WAS TIREDDDD

ok so everyone reading this now has to support drama on monday aiites!

good friday mass on friday(DUH).. was horrible

holy family must be getting darn popular or something

cos even though my family reached 2 minutes early, we couldnt get a place to sit and not only could we not sit, there was barely any space to stand, let alone kneel

i got quite a prime standing spot though.. next to those book shelves and by a wall which i could lean on

there's easter mass early in the morn tomoro and because we WANT to sit, we are gonna get there 15 mins earlier which means i gotta wake up much earlier

ever wonder why bunnys and eggs are associated to easter??

been wondering how bunnys and eggs are connected

i mean if you say chicken and egg, i understand, i see the link.. chicken lays eggs and all

but bunny and egg? hmm...

spent a good part of the afternoon playing with my kiddy neighbour's new bunnys

i seriously envy them just because easter is coming their dad buys them bunnys to celebrate easter..

now daddy where are MY bunnys huh??!

but i pity the bunnys cos the kids usually lose interest in their pets after a week and leave them out in the rain, and forget to feed them

yay met chris and py today after school

actually met up with chris first

where we went for a random food hunt and alittle window shopping

then py joined us at starbucks

where we were supposed to sit and do work

but as usual with our chitter chatter no work was done

then me and chris went to the toilet

and that woman i tell u wont stop talking to me through the cubicles

and the toilet was super crowded

in the cubicle

chris : i can actually make it for your drama night you want to come for mine?

me:umm.. when? (feeling really akward talking with almost half the female population listening in to our conversation)

chris: (ignoring my qn) can see ** play **

after not replying, she went on,

chris:should i pierce my ears or buy the top

me: top.. eh i meet you outside la

and this is the auntified chrissy for you..

then went back to starbucks stared at my carboxylic acid notes for 15 minutes and it was time for me to leave for school for facil briefing

i'm quite glad that i have this orientation thing to get me away from this academic shit phase that i'm going through right now

although i would later have to cram in everything and stay back day after day for make up lectures, i'm still grateful for this short break away from teachers who constantly tell you you're not performing up to par, that you've been slacking the entire time in school, that you've not been putting in enough effort and havent been studying at all

when 3 out of your 4 teachers start telling you this

its really time to get all stressed out

so i desperately need time away from them and their negative comments

and apparently i dont have a partner for the orientation

its just me against 20 odd students

haha good luck to me mans

and while walking home i saw the saddest, most disgusting thing ever

a small kitten laying at the side of the road

with its head flattened, as if one or more cars ran over it

i stood there for 5 minutes thinking of something i could do

and the expression on its face was horrid

its eyes were wide open and some flesh was showing

then its tail started twitching which made my heart ache even more cos it meant that it was alive and suffering

which reminded me of the video mr foo showed us bout how they de-fur racoons and all

when i went home i told my mom bout it she asked why i didnt drag it to the curb

whoa i wouldnt dare do that

they say 'all dogs go to heaven" i hope cats do too...

the rest of this week will be realllly busy

therefore i'm really thankful that i did most of my shopping the week before

i bought 4 tops, 4 earrings and 2 bottoms over 1 week!

i'm spending sooo much i should be shot down mann

but i'm really really happy with my nike smashing beauty tee .. like reallly happyyyy

so mon ferly and i went over to bran's house after shopping at town

chris and py listen up!

i dont need you 2 reluctant snuggle buddies anymore cos i got a very willing snuggle buddy! that is LUCKY (bran's dog)

it was also our first time to chomp chomp

and we were acting like tourist so that we would not look that dumb taking fotos next to the chomp chomp sign

james and bran are bad tour guides la

we told them to show us to the prime seats and they made us sit in the unventilated, smoke-filled area instead of the open-air area where we could have actually enjoyed the cool night breeze while eating oyster egg and bbq stingray

then we walked the whole of serangoon gardens and we came to a conclusion that there were many hair salons there

james: the ppl living in serangoon gardens must be really hairy

tessa: ferly why arent you living here then?

tsk tsk

and on the topic of hair

i went for leg waxing today

and my gawdddd it was like pure torture

i seriously nv thot it was that bad

and i actually think i have quite good pain tolerance

but whoa after my left leg was done i wanted take my bags and shoes and run out of the place but the woman held me down saying that my right leg wasnt done yet

i wonder how arun actually waxes both his legs and armssss

like seriously

i was cursing and swearing in my head like nobody's business

and i think boiling wax would be a much appropriate word to replace "hot wax"

and to think i was so happy today because i thot it would be a nice girls day out waxing with my aunt

farrr from that....

scarlet silhouette almost lost its director

and from my tags u can see that i landed the role of the director from today's drama auditions

i have great dreams for myself

i see myself in the chair with the words "director" at the back

now this is a big hint for someone to get me one of those chairs!

and i got a schizo as a fren

ferly, see why i say you're going crazy thinking its raining when it actually isnt and thinking that the direction of escalators keep changing

during drama there was this whole thing with destiny's child's lose my breath sung in an asthmatic way

first you sing "can you keep up baby boy, make me lose my breath" and then you breathe in and out as if you have an asthma attack

and i'm so happy with how our ticket and poster designing is going thanks to our photoshop pro sara

she just clicks this and that and *poof* you get a beautifully designed ticket

ok i better stop here cos i got another drama session tomoro from 9-5

the march hols started out awesome with rockefella last night and bball cum netball today with AMIES

though ferly ,qian and i didnt get great seats and were kinda expecting a more lively crowd
we had fun of our own, cheering, screaming and fake-whistling at the risk of looking like a group of completely bimbotic groupies but for james' pointing-in-our-direction pose (which we missed)we didnt care for the weird stares some people gave us
onto today
after playing ball we headed to the airport to have lunch
and whoa we were really really hungry
wanted to buy the entire desert stall at the food court hidden from tourists
cheng teng, honey dew sago, strawberry cocktail, chendol, ice kachang...
whoa i would have eaten it all if i wasnt feeling so full already
then there was this thing bout picking up shirley, our made up friend, who was arriving at 2pm and flying in from LA. and the reason why she's back? cos she failed as an actress, lost all her money gambling and turned to stripping as her last resort (which she also failed in)

monorails and trolleys... childhood memories... though no one wanted to ride on the monorail with me over and over again and no one wanted to push me in those trolley things

chris even wanted to drop me off at the "excess baggage" counter haha it was rather funny though

then it was to bk to munch again and for me it was snuggle time with PY..

a great day ending with a train ride back with chris's rice bowl theory once again...

doesn't this give me a reason to love the airport so much?

the fun things aside

i've got a huge dilemma

i've got to let someone know something

how i'm going about doing it thats the problem

i'm blasting music from my speakers now cos i'm super irritated with this raging war between my mom and my grandma

and its all because my grandma gave my dog CORNBEEF to eat

and my mom being very particular about what casper eats and his fur and all

she got really really mad when she found out

whats worse is that my grandma wont stop fighting her case and so shes goin on and on and on and on...

other than that i've been having an awesome week

lots of time spent in front of the tv

watched closer, a quater of the aviator which was so slowmoving that i fell asleep, finding neverland, and 30 mins of constantine afterwhich the dvd screwed up

caught hitch on monday

was laughing all the way sia

passed chem ON THE DOT with an E

hur hur sheer luck

and i think i'm suffering from a bad case of complacency cos i'm so happy that i just passed

though ms teh told me that i would be the reason if she loses her job

sarcastic shit

these teachers think sarcasm is a form of motivation

for eg mr skinny bio teacher he gave us a whole list of statistics basically summing up that those who got a b3 for o level bio and 14 or more for L1R5 will most likely fall within the range of E-O for a level bio.. sorry but i seriously dont think thats accurate

most of the j1s i know are staying in cj cos cj rawks!

and after much deliberation i've decided NOT to join the facil thing again

and by blogging about it i'm hoping that i do not change my mind again for the what... 6th time?

you guys have no idea how many times i ticked and then cancelled the tick against my name.. talk about being indecisive

ok now i've officially joined in this big war

okies so cts are over and all

but i'm still leading an EXTREMLY boring life

for some reason i have NOTHING to do or rather nothing FUN to do

FRI:

chinese a level results

i can go start a bon fire with all my chinese tutorials!

haha the collection of chinese results was utter suspenseful

and me and ferly screamed and hugged ran in circles as if we had a1s.. far from that though..

mr foo said that i had a blind examiner who marked my exam script

and a deaf examiner who evaluated my oral

then drama got canceled and all

so we went to town to meet the rest- jac py chris

and we were basically "CHEEELLLIIIING"

diverting from topic for awhile: my mom and aunt are watching cartoons on hallmark.. the little mermaid..

which reminds me of last sun!

on the front page of the life section of the papers

they showed a picture of a mermaid and that it was found on the shore of india or something but i didnt read on

and so i thot it was real and i told everyone that mermaids do exist

but it was fake lahh.. what a bummerrr...

oh boy

i have no mood to study for maths already

UGGGHHH

i envy those who end tomorrow

i want to end too and get this over and done with

and whats worse is that i gotta go to school tomorrow for 40 mins just to take NE test!

bio was bullshit

and chem would have been not too bad if i studied reaction kinetics and equilibria- 2 topics i conveniently left out

throughout chem test today i had the song moonriver playing in my head

yahh MOONRIVERRR what a song right.. i guess its because of that guy who sang that song on ami

ogayy i better go prepare for maths test ahh!
