    while making reservations for day 2 into the 7-day birthday celebrations,

    dad: can i make a reservation for 7 people, tomorrow at 12
    a: yes, can i have your contact number
    dad: 9********, and oh yes are dogs allowed?
    a:dog? big or not?
    dad: no la , very small one, just a puppy poodle, small like chihuahua
    a: ok can but you got to sit outside
    dad: ok no problem.

    we were laughing so hard in the background, cos the restaurant people will get a shock tomoro when they see that the "small puppy poodle" is actually this big thing

    okay so since where i left off,

    21 June










    the four of us supporting chris at her netball match
    it was such a shame they lost by just 2 measly points
    but it was still a blast dissing the opponents off by the very low "OEIII"s and the very loud encouragements for Rage
    there was one point where i actually thot the opposing team was gonna come tell us off!


    the next day, it was our bi-annual Mng sale
    but this time it didnt get to the extent of me waking up at 7 and heading down to the mango stores at 8
    waking up at such unearthly times in the morning just seem so impossible right now..










    though we started off later and went to much fewer mangos' i bought a whole lot more things
    now my nets card is nothing more than a wasted piece of plastic..
    so right now i'm living the life of poverty, staying at home more .. at least until my next pay which comes in this week!
    girlfriend, marathon from queensway to holland next week!

    Homecooked breakfast at my place,













    with christine and richard and alicia(who missed breakfast and came only at tea time)
    now i'm a damn good scrambled egg cook!

    25 June

    consisted of time spent at home to celebrate titi helen's bday and some very last minute present collecting which saw me travelling from town to IMM!

    and after that eastside chilling with ban mian (which i miss dearly)

    ZARA sale! but as i said earlier, my life savings was spent on the mng sale so i didnt leave the zara sale too happy.. so no photos.. but i still got a couple of stuff

    1 July-2 July

    A great way to kick start my birthday month !

    our very very oh-so-spontaneous saturday at the beach
    spontaneous, because it was confirmed only on saturday itself after many calling-it-offs and flat batts
    we waited for this 3 pm party that never did quite start only to realize later that it was held at the other end of the beach
    so while waiting we took a whole lot of pictures (see above), wait, we meaning me ali and chard.. javier just spent his whole time on the beach sleeping under the coconut tree costing him very uneven and painful sunburns
    later we went on the sky ride and luge which was helleva fun (in javier's newly acquired jamaican accnt YAHHH MAAAAAN!!)
    we had a fantastic view from the sky ride though i was gripping on to my slippers and camera so tightly cause i was paranoid i might drop them!
    had dinner at the near by coffee shop and alicia and richard made a spontaneous decision to sleep over at our very own 'lawah lawah' to watch the game
    so 15 mins before kick off time we were frantically running all around holland village picking up snacks for the match
    meanwhile, the only non-england supporter, alicia was going on about how beckham and rooney was gonna get sent off allowing portugal to win
    and while watching the match it really did happen! IN -THAT -ORDERRRR!



    ok so england lost (and i was really sad);and so we thought lets support brazil for the next match

    no surprise there, they lost.. I swear we are the worst supporters ever ! whichever team we support loses BEAGGGHH


    later that evening was the summer BBQ, as they call it, held at my boss’s place

    it started off pretty slow but later it became much more fun with cake smearing and presents opening!
    they also celebrated all the july birthdays ! july babies rock big time

    nothing much cept that i sat on a record breaking 2 hr 6 mins long bus ride from eunos back home.. talk about busophobia

    we finaly get to F-A-T, after many days of rainchecks



    moments of great indecisiveness at zara after carls jr
    but i ended up getting everything i wanted, so i'm pretty much like this :D now


    so tomorrow it'll be some cheap bugis shopping and a roadtrip down to JB on monday and that would mark the end of the great singapore sale for me!     enough is enough!

    i'm telling ya this is gonna be a kick ass month ya'll
